legend, Glen Hay Falconer. This year's
Extra IPA recipe showcases superior flavor

aromatic qualities by using two varieties of
Falconer's Flight® hop blends. Bold
hop flavor is attributed to the original
Falconer's Flight® pellets. Noticeably
intense floral and citrus aromas which are
characteristic of all "C" hops are provided
by Falconer's Flight 7C's™. Caramel
and Munich malts contribute malty sweetness
to balance this Northwest-style IPA.
