LD Carlson Company has been serving the homebrew and winemaking community since 1970 and we are proud to be the oldest independent wholesaler in the country. Starting out as Wines, Inc., a small storefront retailer and distributor where our CEO began his career almost 45 years ago, we have grown into our 85,000 sf warehouse in Kent, Ohio, allowing for our expansion into the craft beer and wine industries. But we have never forgotten our roots nor the employees and customers who have helped grow and sustain us for well over 50 years. Our employees are the backbone of our organization, with the majority of our management and office staff having been promoted from operations. They know the ins and outs of the organization and are uniquely qualified to help our customers in every department. And, of course, we are nothing without our customers which is why we have always chosen to remain loyal to retailers by not selling to consumers or clubs.
